At BeautyPulse we are proud of our product range and hope that you are satisfied with the product you have purchased from us. If for some reason you are not happy with the product we will do our best to make it right.

We offer the same return and exchange policies online

Refund:                          

Products in new and unused condition in original packaging can be returned within 7 working days of you receiving your package for a refund.Please note that refunds will be made in the same mode as the original payment was made and that shipping charges incurred may be deducted from the refund amount. The refund process takes 7 working days.

Exchange:

Products in new and unused condition in original packaging can be exchange within 14 days of you receiving your package only for an exchange  (less any incurred shipping charges)

Return Policy Exceptions:

All purchases of personalized, specially ordered, and customer damaged  products are final and cannot returned or exchanged. Certain products such as cosmetics or creams which have been opened cannot be returned.

No refunds are available on any of these purchases.

Please note that BeautyPulse reserves the right to decline any return if it does not meet our return requirements, or the return procedure is not followed.

Return Procedure:

To ensure a smooth return procedure please follows these simple steps:

1. Repack product in its original packaging .
2. Notify us at customercare@Tatouche.co to inform us about your return please provide our order number and the item you wish to return.
